Given my mileage driven, he helped get my premium lowered by approximately 50% without me even asking. That level of honesty and customer care is rare.

"Well, first of all, Ben bailed us out when our former agent failed to notify us that our policy had expired. Ben was open on a Saturday and was able to reissue a policy! Since then, Ben's been our agent and doing a great job taking care of our home and auto needs. His office staff are super helpful and stay on top of things. Minus one star though for State Farm (not Ben's fault) who tried to cancel our policy because our house was under construction."
